Trenchless & Hydro Jetting Disclaimer
- Pre-Existing Conditions: Hydro jetting is a high-pressure cleaning method. While safe for most pipes, Drains By James is not responsible for the failure of pipes that are already broken, paper-thin due to rust, or improperly installed.
- CIPP Lining: Our "no-dig" solution is a professional-grade repair. However, the client must ensure the pipes are not used during the resin curing period as instructed by the technician.
- Video Inspections: Inspections provide a "point-in-time" look at your pipes. They do not guarantee that future clogs or issues won't occur due to external factors (e.g., new root growth or flushing of foreign objects).
